Preamble
Humanity continually confronts challenges that no single discipline, institution, or tradition can resolve in isolation. As knowledge expands, so too does the need to understand how diverse forms of inquiry may be brought into meaningful relationship without sacrificing their distinct contributions.
The Eidetica Initiative is established to steward the continuing study of coherence through Eidetica, an evolving theoretical framework for investigating intelligence, meaning-making, and the organizational principles by which individuals, communities, institutions, and societies cultivate and renew coherence.
Recognizing that knowledge is never complete, the Initiative affirms that enduring progress depends upon openness to evidence, intellectual humility, constructive dialogue, and continual refinement. No single framework, including Eidetica itself, is regarded as final. Rather, the Initiative serves as a steward of an evolving program of inquiry dedicated to advancing understanding in service of the common good.
Guided by these commitments, this Charter establishes the enduring purpose, principles, and governance through which The Eidetica Initiative shall pursue its mission for the benefit of present and future generations.
Article I - Name and Identity
Section 1. Name
The name of this organization shall be The Eidetica Initiative.
The Initiative is established as a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to the stewardship of the continuing study of coherence through Eidetica, an evolving theoretical framework for interdisciplinary inquiry.
Section 2. Institutional Identity
The Initiative exists as an independent institution devoted to advancing interdisciplinary research, education, publication, validation, and public understanding concerning coherence, intelligence, meaning-making, and the organizational principles through which individuals, communities, institutions, and societies maintain and renew coherence.

As knowledge, society, and the means of inquiry continue to evolve, the Initiative shall remain faithful to its enduring mission while responsibly adapting the forms through which that mission is pursued.
Article II - Mission and Purpose

The mission of The Eidetica Initiative is to advance interdisciplinary research, education, and public understanding concerning coherence, intelligence, meaning-making, and the recurring organizational relationships through which individuals, communities, institutions, and complex systems maintain, cultivate, and renew themselves.
