Intellectual Stewardship & Licensing

The Eidetica Initiative is committed to advancing coherence research as a developing field responsibly and transparently.

All public theory materials — including introductory essays, diagrams, and conceptual descriptions — are released under a Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). This ensures that foundational ideas remain freely accessible for reading, discussion, and academic review, while protecting the integrity of the framework's architecture during its development. Emerging frameworks are particularly vulnerable to misinterpretation, commercial misuse, and premature derivation; this licensing choice preserves clarity and coherence as the work continues to evolve.

Applied materials — including Signature Reports, Practicum workbooks, and individualized developmental guides — are governed by traditional copyright and ethical-use licensing. These tools involve proprietary interpretive methods and personal developmental pathways that require a different level of protection and ethical handling.

As the framework matures, the Initiative will move toward a phased stewardship model that invites responsible collaboration, interdisciplinary research, and expanded scholarly engagement. The long-term goal is openness — supported by clear boundaries and developmental integrity.

If you have questions about the licensing or would like to engage with the work, please get in touch.
